This notice describes the functionality of this website. The client portal is a separate service.

Contact enquiries

When you send the form, your name, email address, selected services and enquiry details are sent to HostLab’s web server and passed to hello@hostlab.ltd so we can respond. The website does not keep a separate database of enquiry contents. The resulting email is held in our mailbox.

Spam protection

The form uses a signed security token and temporary records of submission times, references and keyed hashes to limit spam and prevent duplicate sends. These records do not contain your message or raw IP address and are removed after an hour when the contact service is next used. The hosting provider may keep separate technical access logs.

Cookies and analytics

This website’s own code does not set cookies or use analytics. The hosting provider may process technical request information to serve and protect the site. A private preview may also require authentication supplied by its hosting provider.

External services

Links to the client portal take you to a separate service. Your email app and the client portal operate under their own arrangements.
