Who is this service for?
Tuning businesses and file-service providers that want to use HostLab’s purpose-built platform to manage their own customers, file workflows and team. HostLab develops and supplies the portal software. HostLab does not sell or supply tuning files.
Can the portal use my own branding?
Yes. Your logo, colours and business identity can be configured for your portal. The available branding options and HostLab attribution are set out in the product details.
Can customers upload files and receive completed work?
Yes. The platform supports customer uploads, vehicle and job information, progress tracking, returned files and job history. We confirm supported file types, size limits and the release workflow for your setup.
Does it support wallets, invoices and payments?
The platform includes wallet and billing functionality, invoice records and configurable pricing. Payment-provider accounts, fees and integration requirements are confirmed separately.
Is this a custom development project?
No. HostLab has developed the platform itself from the ground up. Customers purchase access to the existing product and use its available settings and branding options; it is not individually built for each customer.
